Parent duties will be allocated in the week leading up to the event.

Parking and Club Trailers: There is no vehicle access via clubhouse drive, due to construction works (restricted to LSV trailers only). Club Trailer parking will be available on Carnarvon Ave Parking area (please see map).

Club Tents: Clubs are required to make sure that their tents are correctly weighted down. Please note that star pickets or pegs are not to be used.

Club Cap Reminder: all athletes are required to wear their club tie up caps as the most outer cap. Silicone swimming caps are not permitted as the outer cap.

Meetings and Event Time:
6:30am – Set Up Commences and reports to Carnival & Deputy Carnival Referees
7:15am – Carnival Referee Briefing with Area Referees and ARRO’s
7:30am – Officials meeting in front of the LSV administration tent
7:45am – Team Managers meeting in front of the LSV administration tent
8:15am – Marshal for events
8:30am – Events commence

Plastic Wise Policy: Please bring re-useable water bottles as LSV is working in partnership with Surf Coast Shire and Great Ocean Road Committee to facilitate a plastic wise plan.

Food: There will be a BBQ available to purchase food.

Photography:
• Before any photographs are taken by any person(s) must obtain a media identification wristband that must be worn for the duration of the event.
• Media wristbands can be obtained by registering at the Life Saving Victoria Carnival Admin tent.
• Proof of Working with Children Check must be provided at registration.
