After a few phone calls we have managed to procure a Nippers Session for our Juniors (including 14’s) this Sunday 11th November with the Ocean Grove children.

We will need to be on the beach at Ocean Grove no later than 9.45am for a 10am sharp start. The session will go for 1.5 hours them I’m aiming to run a slightly longer surf session only, where we can work on our starts and catching waves. Sound like fun???

This is a wonderful opportunity for our kids to get some surf experience in, it will be age appropriate (similar to our Saturday Nippers). You will need to bring EVERYTHING you use for water and land activities, including a wetsuit and your HI-VIS, as well as runners, and lots of water and snacks to keep you energised.

We will need to be totally self sufficient and be able to offer water safety, so I am hoping to have 6 volunteers for these roles. Ocean Grove are in the process of rebuilding their club so toilet and shower usage will be very limited so please keep this in mind.

Now, the most important thing is to RSVP on this page ASAP. We will be packing the trailer tomorrow evening at training so if I don’t know you’re coming you won’t have a board.
